Enrollment/ Attendance Verification

Students must be in attendance for a minimum of 12 hours in order to be considered enrolled into the Adult Education Program.  A letter verifying enrollment can only be written after a student has been post-tested following the guidelines in the SC Adult Education Assessment Policy. For most students, this is after 40 hours of instruction. ESL students are required to have atleast 60 hours of instruction and has been post-tested.

A letter prepared for any agency regarding a student’s enrollment must be requested at either the Conway or Myrtle Beach office at least 5 days in advance.

A student must attend a minimum of 15 hours per week to be considered a full time student.

A letter verifying enrollment can ONLY be written after the student has met the 40 or 60 hour attendance and post-test requirement.
